Yes. FieldCollab supports a fully functional offline mode. All data that gets collected is safely stored on the device and automatically synced once the connection is restored. No more unstructured field notes or lost information – we promise reliable, consistent monitoring of your on-site activities.
We encourage organizations to work with a Theory of Change – a systemic approach with predefined activities, outputs and outcomes that align with your organization’s mission and goals. These predefined activities can be directly integrated into FieldCollab and assigned to your team. This ensures that every result tracked, or action done in the field connects to your organization’s long-term goals.
Secure access to project data is ensured through a system of roles and permissions. Your organization can assign different user roles, such as admin or user, each with specific access levels tailored to their responsibilities. After downloading the FieldCollab app, each user connects to the organization’s environment and completes a secure, one-time verification. Users can only see the tasks assigned to them, while project managers get a complete project overview to monitor progress and individual contributions.
With our Start plan of €9 per user per month, you get the FieldCollab app and the connected Backoffice. In the Backoffice, you can set up projects and assign tasks to users. FieldCollab Pro is our most advanced plan with a complete field reporting solution.
