The NLdigital Terms & Conditions are standard industry terms used by impactID for professional services and solutions. The terms outline contractual aspects such as service delivery, responsibilities of both parties, warranties, liability, and dispute resolution. These terms and conditions apply to all agreements relating to the use of our software and services.
The Data Processing Agreement explains how impactID processes personal data on behalf of its customers. It defines roles and responsibilities under data protection laws such as the GDPR, including security measures, confidentiality, use of sub‑processors, and how data breaches are handled. The agreement also describes what happens to personal data when the service ends.
