What does Start include?
How is Start different from the full impactID platform?
What happens after the free month?
What does a donation cost us?
Donations received through the platform carry a fee of 8.25%. Your payment provider (for example Mollie or Stripe) charges their own transaction costs on top of that. You arrange that connection yourself, so you keep control over the terms.
On larger packages the fee drops to a fixed amount per donation. If your organisation raises a substantial amount online, moving up can work out cheaper and we’ll make sure to let you know when that point is close.
