ImpactDay 2026
We want to inspire you, share recent updates and celebrate our partnerships! It’s time for a partner event and this year we will bring you to The Humanity Hub in The Hague.
Metamorphosis
The current times are not easy. Many external factors request us to change and adapt. This year we want to dive into the theme of Metamorphosis, meaning the changes that one undergoes during its development. In other words, the process of transforming and changing as you develop or are required to develop.
External speakers will inspire us about organisational change, how to support your team in software change, and much more. During the walk-in lunch, coffee break or drinks you can connect to fellow impactID users.

Breakout sessions
Niek Bakker
Impact Ambassador, MDF
Impact-Driven Working: an interactive journey of discovery for your organisation
In this session, Niek playfully guides you through a self-assessment process in which you reflect on the extent to which your organisation is able to realise impact. He calls this Impact-Driven Working. After completing the self-assessment you receive a result and advice, and discover possible areas of improvement for your organisation. During the session, Niek takes participants through an interactive game that provides insight into the essence of this self-assessment.
About Niek Bakker
Niek Bakker worked in International Cooperation from 1981 to 2010. He was first involved in setting up small and medium-sized enterprises in West Africa, and from 1992 onwards worked at MDF as a trainer and adviser in the field of Organisational Development and Strategy. After 2010 he shifted his focus to the charity sector and local government in the Netherlands. Developing Impact Strategies (based on the Theory of Change method) was his specialty. Since 2025 Niek has been enjoying semi-retirement, but he remains affiliated with MDF part-time as Impact Ambassador (www.mdfnl.nl).
