impactID is built in the Netherlands and hosted in Dutch and German data centres, so your data stays inside the EU and is processed in line with the GDPR.
Before you sign up
Do I have to pay anything now?
No. You try impactID Start free for one month and you do not enter any payment details during sign-up. Nothing starts automatically after the trial.
When can I log in?
Within five minutes of submitting the form. Your login details are emailed to the address you enter, so you can start the same day.
Which product should I select first?
Pick the area you want to get moving first: project management, fundraising or implementation reporting. All parts are in the subscription, so you can begin anywhere and add the rest whenever you like.
Can I add colleagues later?
Yes. Start includes one admin user on the web platform and five app users for the FieldCollab app. You can add more users whenever your team grows.
